3.4 DOHC no high end

Ok well i'm going to start from the beginning. My dad bought a 93 Z34 lumina auto with a "seized engine", turns out the people timed the cams at the same time. After fixing that problem my dad tried fixing some of the oil leaks, and now the car has no high end power. IT will rev up to about 4-5000 rpms and stop won't go any higher, and won't shift until you let off the gas, and every gear is like that, it's really annoying and slow lol. Anyone have a clue as to whats going on? Thanks

timing is probably off. You have to remove the cam cogs and not just use the timing marks.
