jake63
My 94 cutty 3.4 is being a huge bitch. It was idling strangely (revving high or fluctuating down low then stalling). So far I have replaced the MAF sensor, the IAC valve, all the rubber fittings on vacuum lines, and the lower intake gasket. After the gasket change I did an idle re-learn and it idled fine, took it for a ride last night and after about five minutes it went back to fluctuating idle down low and then stalling. This car is officially driving me nucking futs. I would appreciate any input that would save this car from the wrath of my .357 Thanks. CSI_MuNkY
You are going to laugh at this... My car does EXACTLY what you described from time to time... All I do is clean and tighten the Aux post and its connections and the car is good as new. Jamie
jake63
Thanks, I'll give it a shot but that stuff is pretty clean.
91LuminaEuro
You should check out the fuel injectors. I was having that issue and i drove myself nuts for months, replaced everything i could except for the fuel injectors because they were already brand new. Well it turns out i had two bad fuel injectors from the start. I replaced them and haven't had the problem since!
jake63
I'll check that out too, kinda takin' a break from it for a few days. Been able to drive it like this so enjoying some top down action before the snow flies. Thanks for replying.
