DudeW-Body Posted July 5, 2008 Report Share Posted July 5, 2008 I just bought this car, and have a few questions. The car has no door, or trunk key. I'm going to go to the dealer for a key. Question is, How would I know if it has remote entry? Also need to know the location of the security module. I have vats bypassed with a resistor, but want to eliminate the whole system. rockfangd Posted July 6, 2008 Report Share Posted July 6, 2008 open the trunk and look near the antenna. there will be a wire hanging black/green striped with a black end. if it has that then it has RKE all you have to do to test the functionality is to touch the end to the antenna bottom and ground it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
