No Air blowing thru vents!

so i gotta 91 buick regal with a 3.1.just recently replaced a lifter and got it all back together and what not it runs normal and good and all again

BUT

when i turn on and turn up the ac or heat..no air is coming thru the front vents on my dash.. only the vents under my dash and the defog vent...why is this and what do i gotta fix?

there is a "vacuum check valve" under the hood on the driver side, it is kinda round with 3 vaccum lines coming out of it. thats most likely the culprit.

how much does it blow, do the speeds work or is it always the same?

Made noise but didnt blow much air. A vac line popped out.

possibly the valve is broke or a line popped off or was even dry rotted and cracked

x3 My Caddy did this same thing, turned out after fixing the vacuum mess that was under the hood, the vents blew on the panel.

yea i remember when puttin it back together the vacum lines didnt seem right il check there..but it sounds like thats it..

oh and the speeds all work and blows hot or cold.so yea dank il check it out
