Door latch....... stuck?

Door won't open from the inside or out.

 

At first I thought the linkages might be shot again, but I pulled the corner of the inside door panel off, and I can manipulate the linkages and the latch lever itself. BUT, it acts like it is locked, because moving the lever does not open the latch and door. I've been fooling with unlocking/locking it, in and out door handles in different combinations..... with no luck.

 

What should I do?

i am going to guess 2 door GP, the lock is probably binding with the latch assembly. i usually just open the window, push on the door and wiggle the outside handle and the door until it pops open, once it is open hit it with some good lithium grease
