I would imagine any household carpet shampoo would work fairly well with your carpet steamer. Something made by Bissell or similar brand? This is for my truck, I don't know if I have the means to remove the carpet not to mention the seats are a bitch to remove (GM in their infinite wisdom made one of the bolts on both seats Torx and they go through the floor and generally rust out).
