blakngold4life Posted June 22, 2008 Report Share Posted June 22, 2008 Just got the engine and tranny from the 93 into my 92 when I ran into a wiring problem. the plug on the 93 tranny does not fit the wiring of the 92, the tranny has four ribs on the as the wiring only has one. I realize this is confusing so I will post pics tomorrow if needed. Anybody know how to get the two to match up with out dropping the engine again and swaping it from the old tranny, or if that would even work? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is the plug from the wiring harness of the 92, it only has one notch on the peremiter. The reciever from the 93 tranny has four ribs which prohibit the connection of the plug from the 92 As you might be able to see, the reciever from the 92 tranny only has one rib at the bottom.
