Well, my current tune is working out great, except something I noticed while datalogging last week..

Injector duty cycle is maxed at WOT from about 4500rpm and up... Looks like some bigger injectors can help..

I have access to 3.8L NA injectors, what is the flow rate and will they work..

And of course, what flow rate are 3400 injectors. I know those should work no problem but I want something big enough where I wont need to swap over injectors again once the heavy breathing mods are done this fall..

I know stock is 17lb/hr.. Im thinking 19 or 21lb/hr will be helpful... All I really have to do is change 1 setting in the next flash for the PCM to know what the injector flow rate is..

from searching on the internet i found out that the Rochester multitec injectors that i have are anywhere between 19 and 23 lb/hr. also they ohm out at 12.7

i know the lq1 injectors are 24#'s they might help. on my Z im runing 36#'s from a L67 but im very close to having idle problems... at idle im at 1.5ms at i think 1ms the computer cuts them to default min PW.

also do you have a wideband? cause commanding 12.8 or 12.4 really doesnt mean much if your getting a lean AF. would be worth having or atleast hitting a dyno to see what yoru true AF looks like compared to your commanded.

also posting some scans can help too. i wouldnt mind surfin thru a bin and scan for ya if you need an extra pair of eyes

You can be such a lifesaver!! I think the 3800 NA injectors should work fine since there will be more heavy breathing mods coming that will definately make the larger injectors useful.. Of course, i wont do this until I get a wideband which I am looking at getting soon... And yeah, from all those coils, definately gonna have good ones in there. Better than the ones I have now

I dont know that I am running the exact commanded AFR, but the pulse width is up from the stock AFR and causing it to max out the duty cycle. I do know I am making more power after the AFR change and I dont misfire or load up, so i'm definately not getting too much fuel. It even runs smoother.

i also have c302 injectors . I thought i read somewhere on here that they'll also work. If you want those let me know as i would have to dig them out of the abyss of parts that i have accumulated.

You can be such a lifesaver!!

just remember it when you want to sell your rims.

Well I got some injectors off moo cow  I do believe they are L27 injectors.. Anyone know the exact flow rate so I know what numbers to plug into my new tune..

I've been working on a new PE map and Spark Advance map using most of them from slightly modded 3400s... With the current tune, my STFT is still wanting to add more fuel, but alas, the stock injectors cant keep up at 17lbs/hr :willynilly:

Brian, im gonna send you a PM as well, but I thought you were gonna send me your hpt file... I wanna comare your tune with mine.
