Anyone ever change the 2 bulbs for the AC/Heater controls?

I cannot get these to come out According to the owners manual these are T-1.75 or T-1.5 bulbs. I cannot find these in any parts store so I don't know if they pull or twist out. BTW I have a '95 Monte Carlo.
