untill i used accel, id never put a hi-per part in a car and it slow down before. not only do they not make much spark, they slowed down the motors revving speed. IMO, stick with GM parts, they work.

Yeah, it's great. I also love how performance companies boast HEI coils that produce 45,000 Volts, etc. I have seen w/ my own eyes a stock 20 year old GM HEI coil go well above 60,000V That's why I laugh and stick w/ my stock coils. (Short buses are yellow. Are they fast?)

If you get the International gasoline model with the same width but shortened frame of the big ones. :lol: There's a reason they have a governor at 55mph and it's more than the fact that there's stinky kids back there

I haven't heard many good things about the Accell coils for our cars. I have heard that the MSD coils work pretty good though. That's what I will be putting on my car during the rebuild.
