Sailor77 Posted July 30, 2003 Report Posted July 30, 2003 hey guys here is the situation. As soon as I touch the pedal the 15amp fuse blows. My turn signals and tail lamps and flashers work, but no stop lights. No third brake light also. I disconnected the tail lights, and the steering column controls and it still blows. I am at my wits end, so please help.... Quote

Sailor77 Posted July 31, 2003 Author Report Posted July 31, 2003 There are several inputs that effect the brakes, including the cruise control. Think about this... if you are drivin down the highway with the cruise set and you come up on slower traffic, how do you turn the cruise off? Hit the brakes right, which turns off the cruise control and lights the rear brake lights as well at third brake light. How much for that cruise control module and where are you located? Quote
