Charging prob.

car wll not keep a charge after changing the coils my orignal prob. was a misfire changed colis that prob. went away now car will not stay running interior lights flashes as if i needed a alternator the only thing I can think of that went wrong when I ws chaning the coils i left the battery on & I touched metal & got a shock but thats about it could i hve shorted my alternator out or starter.Hey guys correct me if I'm wrong if the starter is going bad that wouldn't hve an affect on the lights flashing thats why I think its the alternator. 3.4 cutless S vert 93 106000 great vehicle 1st prob. since purchase

Unless you have a short, the starter won't cause flickering lights.

 

Change your alternator.

Yeah I would have your alternator and battery checked so you can rule them out unless one is actually bad.

silly me loose connection on the battery charging prob. resolved I'm glad I did chnge the alt for nothing 3.4 doesn't look that easy especially having to unbolt the frame just to get to it thanks!!!!!!!
