RomeoZ34 Posted July 30, 2003 Report Posted July 30, 2003 Beautiful car man, what kind of rims are those? Also, tell me all about that beautiful paint job if ya don't mind, thanks! Quote
phantomFE3 Posted July 30, 2003 Report Posted July 30, 2003 hey is that the razzi ground affects kit? or which kit is that? Quote
1uvakind Posted July 30, 2003 Author Report Posted July 30, 2003 to phantom, yes that is the razzi kit to romeo those rims are branzach bz16, and the paint is the 2000 dodge dakota paint, and the platinum stripes are also a 2000 dodge color Quote
GnatGoSplat Posted July 30, 2003 Report Posted July 30, 2003 Welcome! The car is looking great! I've seen it before, but something looks different about it. Did you change rims from machined to chrome? Anyway, I'm diggin' the chrome. Are you running spacers in the front but not the rear? They look like they stick out a bit in the front but are really tucked in the rear. Quote
1uvakind Posted July 30, 2003 Author Report Posted July 30, 2003 the rims are 18x8.5 and chrome, my old rims were 17x8.5 and they were machined (they were the old impala ss rims, roh z06) both sets of rims stuck out in the front, it is the way the body style is, the rear of my car is wider and the wheels tuck in, but the front tires stick out. these rims are 5x114.3 bolt pattern, and the rears needed spacers cause they hit the calipers when they turned. AWeb80 Posted July 30, 2003 Report Posted July 30, 2003 I LOVE that fucking car. It is totally pimp. I like the speakers in the doors, how many total do you have. BTW, I already have 2 of your pics saved on my computer as the screensaver before you became a member here. awesome car.....lose the luggae rack spoiler. I think it looks good with it and it would look good w/out it too. don't listen to ismellrealbad, he's full of hot air. Quote
1uvakind Posted July 30, 2003 Author Report Posted July 30, 2003 actually i have big plans for the cutty, one of them being the luggage rack coming off, i have been wanting to do this for years and i am finally doing it... another thing i am doing this winter is throwing an L67 in it Quote
ismellrealbad Posted July 30, 2003 Report Posted July 30, 2003 oh god watch out.......i feel toilet jokes coming on Quote
Bolt_Crank Posted July 30, 2003 Report Posted July 30, 2003 oh god watch out.......i feel toilet jokes coming on lol ....but damn, that is one nice car! Quote
GnatGoSplat Posted July 30, 2003 Report Posted July 30, 2003 these rims are 5x114.3 bolt pattern, and the rears needed spacers cause they hit the calipers when they turned. You sure it was the rears that needed spacers? The rears have a small caliper that's out of the way, but it's the front that has that huge caliper bracket. I know I've had all kinds of problems fitting aftermarket rims over the front calipers, but rears are not a problem at all. Quote
mfewtrail Posted July 31, 2003 Report Posted July 31, 2003 Sweet car, makes me wanna go out and buy a Cutty 8) EDIT: btw, looks to be another w-body in the background of the pic w/ the trophy and w/ the girls standing by the car....a white Lumina(not sure if anyone pointed this out already, did not read the whole thread  ) Quote
