Hal H Posted May 2, 2008 Report Posted May 2, 2008 Just arrived by UPS today - got the bolts, nuts and lockwashers and 30 minutes later it's installed! This went onto a '92 Z34, 5 speed car that starts out w/ FE3 suspension from the factory. Very nicely cut/machined parts, easy to install. Makes the car feel tighter, and as if you have larger, stiffer sway bars. There certainly is strut tower deflection going on in back, and the (rear) STB stops that from taking place. Also noticed that I don't get the slight creak or flex the rear body/suspension does when going in and out of the driveway. >>The day before I installed the CS 'Vert 3.4 front STB and that improved things, but the addition of Adam's RSTB rounds out the package. AWeb80 Posted May 2, 2008 Report Posted May 2, 2008 Sweet!!! You're another satisfied person. I've never had one complaint about the bars. Quote
Hal H Posted May 2, 2008 Author Report Posted May 2, 2008 Pics of the front bar. I'll have to get a digital camera! -one of the those late adopters, but now you can get 10MP cameras for a great price now. BTW, for you 5 speed guys, the bar does go over the top of the clutch MC resevoir, so you'll have to remove the bar to add hydraulic fluid, but the level hardly changes, unless there's a leak. Quote
AWeb80 Posted May 2, 2008 Report Posted May 2, 2008 and again, I have to thank CNBZ34 for helping me get those mounts right to fit all w's except 2-door regals and verts. Quote
Euro Posted May 2, 2008 Report Posted May 2, 2008 Pics of the front bar. it probably looks like every other 3.4 stb out there. Quote
3.1cutlass Posted May 2, 2008 Report Posted May 2, 2008 Pics of the front bar. it probably looks like every other 3.4 stb out there. I know but i sold it to him and refinished it so i am curious of how it looks. Quote

I didn't know that! I never even thought of that. Good to know though. I'd like to pick up a bit of stuff for my 5 speed too. Quote
gpchris Posted May 3, 2008 Report Posted May 3, 2008 Yup adam does some good work. With stock suspension (and adams tie bar) I can slide around corners at less than 30mph and stay in my seat. Quote
Euro Posted May 3, 2008 Report Posted May 3, 2008 I loved being able to take corners with at least some ease in the Lumina, with the 3.4 bar in front and Adam's bar in the rear. With my GP now I can't do that, or else I'll be plastered to the drivers door or slamming into the curb. Quote
White93z34 Posted May 3, 2008 Report Posted May 3, 2008 It is good to have reputable members on this board who give a care about what they put out. To date I have yet to hear a single complaint with anything Adam has sold/made. Quote

AWeb80 Posted May 4, 2008 Report Posted May 4, 2008 Thanks guys! Just treating others how I'd want to be treated. Quote
Venom Posted May 4, 2008 Report Posted May 4, 2008 Would love to pick up one of those myself but money needs to go towards a tuneup first. Quote
AWeb80 Posted May 16, 2008 Report Posted May 16, 2008 I Am. I Only Have One Left. What Car Do You Have? Quote
Sidewinder Posted May 17, 2008 Report Posted May 17, 2008 I should have got one of those from you rather then getting the GMPP bar for the rear. Can you fab up mounting brackets for the GMPP bar? Quote
