patgizz Posted April 28, 2008 Report Posted April 28, 2008 hm282- 1: which cable goes to which lever on the transmission? 2: how does one bleed the hydraulic system? while the hydraulics were removed from the donor as a unit the pedal tells me there is air in the system from bouncing around in the parts car's trunk in every position other than upright as installed. the reservoir was upside down so probably got air in the MC. patgizz Posted April 28, 2008 Author Report Posted April 28, 2008 there were none on my car. they make an inlet and downpipe gaskets, and i've got evidence of exhaust leakage at both flanges so i'd like to use them when reinstalling the turbo. Quote

Addicted To Boost Posted April 28, 2008 Report Posted April 28, 2008 There aren't gaskets on the turbo. None of the cars have them. Make sure the bolts are properly torqued down and it shouldn't leak. Quote
