Hit the junkyard today, found a HUD

A buddy and I hit the parts-galore on the west side of Detroit, no verts, tons of GPs.

Is that a hud I see? SNAGGED!

Buddy grabed some dash components, and I grabbed the international logos for nostalgia.

Doubtful, but if you ever come across a 2000+ Bonneville, grab the dash trim for me. It's the big piece that go's around the cluster and radio. Either 2 screws or clips in the guage cluster, the rest is just clips. Charcoal in color prefered.

I posted a pic that I took this weekend of that first international in other thread  ...were the mint charcoal rear buckets/console still there?

Yeah, I think they are still there.

If its the one I remember, the doors were frozen and we had to climb through the window to grab some parts...

I also found a lip tail spoiler.

We also found a bunch of 3.4s seemingly untouched.

I'd guess engine swap as opposed to a badge swap, stock location for the badge, no?

I left that spoiler because it was chipped all the way to the fiberglass

Yeah, I noticed that as well, but if I'm rear ended, it'd may come in handy. :satinfoil:

Since when did 92+ International's get 3.1's?

Where there any green 94-96 B4U cars?

They didn't. But we are made to think they did.

Yeah, maybe it was a replacement fender, and they didn't bother taking the badges off

3.1 was standard, 3.4 was optional in 1992-1993, just as in 1991.

You are right. 92 and 93 internationals had 3.4 standard with the 3.1 optional for a $995 credit.
