olds cutlass Posted April 24, 2008 Report Posted April 24, 2008 I shut the door on my 2dr 1996 Supreme this morning and something on the inside came loose and landed in the bottom of the door. Door still opens from inside and out, window goes up and down although I am afraid to lower it all the way, and the lock still works. I can hear the piece bounce around when I shut the door. Anyone know what this might be before I remove the door panel? Quote
EviLette Posted April 24, 2008 Report Posted April 24, 2008 Does it sound like something big or small? My situation doesn't apply, I had a shop customer slam my passenger door hard enough that my window motor fell OUT. If everything is functioning, I wouldn't be too incredibly worried, but that's just me. Maybe a clip or something? Double check to make sure your locks are functioning, not just moving, if you know what I mean. Quote
Venom Posted April 24, 2008 Report Posted April 24, 2008 Just take the door panel off and see whats in there. Quote
AWeb80 Posted April 24, 2008 Report Posted April 24, 2008 panels are easy to take off...10 minutes at the most. Quote
