Addicted To Boost
You mean the steel like that runs from the plenum down to the tranny where it becomes a rubber line and have nowhere to put the Seafoam bottle? Yeah thats the one, but instead, unhook the metal line from the plenum and you will have a nipple sitting there. Stick a rubber hose on the nipple and stick the other end of the hose in a bottle of seafoam.
krenzy
AhhhhH! I may end up doing this while I swap out plenums. Off topic, Nick, on the underside of your plenum do you have a tube coming out for your PCV valve? Or rather, what is the difference between the 89 and 90 PCV valve setup? Addicted To Boost
Yes, the underside of my plenum has a nipple that the PCV line hooks onto, and that line pops into the rear valve cover with the PCV.
krenzy
And the '89 PCV pops into the lower intake manifold right?
Addicted To Boost
I'm not sure, I've never had an '89 apart.. can we take yours apart and look??
krenzy
I vote YIKES! LOL, I'll take pics when I swap out my plenum. Only thing I'm wonder is where the hell do I put the PCV valve? I have an 89 engine with a 90 plenum...two holes, one valve...I'm gonna need to plug the other one with something. AND NO SICK JOKES THERE lol
