And guys, sorry to be an asshole, but he did not ask for opinions, he asked if the set up would work in his Cutlass. George, if you like to work on your car, then it can be done. Captain Ficho Posted April 21, 2008 Report Share Posted April 21, 2008 If your Cutlass has the 6 speaker system, the dash speakers are 4", door speakers are 4x6" and rear speakers are 6x9", if you want to see if they would fit or not. Also i am not asking for opinions, my main concern is whether the one from my cadillac has to work through the BCM and so forth. I absolutely love the sound quality and really love the 12 disc changer. if it could work in my cutlass it would be amazing. ManicMechanic Posted April 22, 2008 Report Share Posted April 22, 2008 I'm willing to be the HU will be powered through the BCM...However, using a earlier 1.5 DIN Cadillac Bose unit should work. What about using the 12 disc changer with an aftermarket deck?
