Trailing Arms Bolts

Any ideas on how to remove these rusted fuckers?

I'm not sure where they are, but when I have to deal with rusted bolts, I first try WD-40 and let it sit for a few minutes. If that doesn't work. Wipe it off (WD-40 is flamable) and use a torch, get it warm(not red hot, just short of hardly glowing), crank on it with a wrench, ratchet (whatever suits the situation better). While cranking on it, tap it with a hammer.

Best of luck! :peace:

I know exactly what your going through.... I just did mine. I didn't have a problem with the bolts on the knuckle , BUT , where those arms attach to the body (forward of the wheels a bit) was a PITA. I had to use a grinder.

I cut the old arm off (I was replacing the arms) , right up where the bolt goes through, that only took a second, THEN I took the grinder to what was left of that arm/bolt. I cut that in half, then it took a bit of twisting, pulling and more twisting.......

you have my pity......
