Pricing a Cutlass Supreme

Well, I haven't bought the Cutlass yet and I dunno what to offer my uncle for it. I've decided that it will be a project car until it is in decent running condition so I will not be selling the Alero. Anyway, Its a '93 with the 3.1 MPFI, dual exhaust, cloth interior with analog gauges, center shifter, all electronics work, white, no accidents but minor rust on edge of hood and by rear wheel wells. Newer tires and struts, engine block rebuilt 2 years ago. Has 13X,XXX miles on it and has starting issue where sometimes starter will not turn over. I was going to ask $700 because its not perfect and needs starter or passkey work. is this a fair asking price?

1993 won't have PassKey...Likely a starter issue.

700 sounds reasonable
