Braking question..

First off, this is on my 95 Lumi.. For the last week or so, I have noticed an issue develop when coming to a stop.. When you brake (I brake slowly as I come to the stop) it stops nice and slowly, until you're just about stopped.. Then it jerks, kinda like you slammed the brake pedal down, when you're just barely moving and comes to an abrupt stop.. The pedal feels as firm as it ever has, and like I said, it has just developed recently.

Thanks guys!

If its not too late on this one, I would get under there and check to make sure all of your caliper bolts are tight also. Its a bitch when one of those comes out while you are driving. It's happened to me twice.

I got it looked at today.. The noise was being made from the pads rubbing on the rotors which are incrediblly rough.. When I get back from this weekend I am going to get the rotors replaced on the rear I think.. Also need to get the driver rear wheel bearing replaced (I think).. When you drive there is a howling sound.. The car has always done it, I just thought it was the shitty tires making road noise, but we spun the rotors when we had the wheel off and it's the rotors turning that makes the noise..
