Good price for Xlaces?

I found a guy locally who has a '94 GP with painted black Xlaces and hes looking to upsize to 20s and said he'd sell me his old Xs with ok tires for $300 which seems a little high to me, or is that what I can expect? I think it'd be around $150 from a jy if I could find a set.

I usually give around $25 a wheel with tires at my junkyard. For good shape with good rubber, I wouldn't pay more than $150. $175 if he's particularly stubborn.

i love a nice set of Xlaces. i think i would go as high as $125-$150 for them, but i am cheap sometimes.

i sold my unpainted ones for 70....but i didnt have any tires on em.

i wouldnt give em 300 for wheels that are that old....no matter how good they look.

100 tops, those rims were painted shitty, with no clear coat, and its already flaking off. 300 bucks? Shop ebay, and I can get some other nice rims for that price, with GOOD tires, not the worn out one I see in that pic.

Seen perfect X-Laces with good tires on Craigslist many times for under $150.

Yeah, $300 is way too much. Considering the condition of those Xlaces, I wouldn't go a cent over $125.

What you need to realize with W-body parts (first gens in particular) is they aren't worth shit. Once you realize that, then you can rationalize and logically decide a price.

They don't look too bad at all.....If the lip of the wheels don't have road rash thats half the battle on finding respectable ones, and I wouldn't object in paying a few dollars more for unmolested ones.
