ihateallmustangs Posted April 4, 2008 Report Posted April 4, 2008 Ok my cooling fans have not been coming on. I have tested the main fan and it works fine ,the secondary does not come on when the a/c is cranked. I have changed the fan switch and tried several new relays. Is there a fuse for the fan? Looking in my fuse panel I could not find one, nor was there a label. 1996 3100 OBD2 Quote
rockfangd Posted April 5, 2008 Report Posted April 5, 2008 passenger side strut tower. 2 relays and 2 fuses. Check coolant temp to be sure it is high enough to actually activate the fan Quote
xtremerevolution Posted April 5, 2008 Report Posted April 5, 2008 passenger side strut tower. 2 relays and 2 fuses. Check coolant temp to be sure it is high enough to actually activate the fan And check the wiring underneath that fuse box. Mine had shorted the wire leading out of the fuse box rubbing on a bolt right beneath and the passenger side fan wouldn't kick on. Annoying as hell trying to figure out what it was. Quote
