jmoore4294
Would this cable work with my 95? If not does anyone know of one that would? And if there are any scan programs compatible with OBDI? Thanks.

rockfangd
there is no such thing as obd 1.5 itr is obd 1 with obd2 interface. There is a cable for the 14-16 pin connector but i believe it is pricy

you are right obdI w/obdII interface, and whether or not it is correct, that setup is pretty commonly referred to as OBD1.
rockfangd
i may be wrong but that cable may not work on your 95. i think that cable only works for corsicas,, saturns and other base model chevys up to
Fleeingpepper
I'm interested in this too..I have OBD 1.5. So just a heads up that he's not the only one looking for an answer to this.
jmoore4294
This is bothersome. Why couldn't GM just stick with one or the other. I've been to just about all the mechanics around here (if I haven't been to the shop, I've called) and short of wasting my time and my money at a GM dealership, nobody can scan my check engine light.
