Testing FUEL PRESSURE...

I'm going to be buying a Fuel Pressure Gauge this weekend and I BELIEVE all I'm supposed to do to check it is hook the fittings up to the Schrader Valve, and that's it, right?

Anyone done this before??

Hey gmrulz4u,

You're right - hook it up to the Schrader valve on the fuel rail. Watch out as fuel will squirt out of the valve as you try to hook it up - no smoking! You'll also have a small button to depress on the side of the guage fitting to release fuel pressure, if needed. I'm not sure what type vehicle / engine type you have so I can't give you exact figures on what PSI you're looking for, though.

Good Luck,

JTS
