Brian P
If you have either of these vehicles, could you supply me with the following? 1- Year/trim level 2- Engine 3- FRONT spring code (found on the spring itself OR on the RPO option tag in the trunk) 4- Any other info you know about the stock suspension (swaybar diameter, etc) Thanks very much! Brian P
The front spring ID code is on the last line, and starts with the # 6 (Left front) and # 7 (Right front). In this case it's 6UX and 7UX, the code on the springs would be FUX.

Brian P
Do you have your original RPO sticker in the trunk? Just grab the code off that, should be easier than trying to find the spring tag (assuming it's still there)

Brian P
1. 1995 Lumina (base) 2. 3100 3. 6UX & 7UX I'll get the info for the other car when my wife gets home with it.. Are you sure that's a base Lumina? That's FE3/FE9 codes, and normally the LS got that. Maybe it's a '95 thing, lol. Thanks guys. Main thing is I need the front spring codes, the rest isn't necessary. Unless someone ripped off the LS emblem off, then it's just a stock Lumina (didn't the LS get the tach cluster as well? I don't have those gauges).. FE9 is on the RPO sheet, what's it mean? Brian P
FE9 is the sport/touring suspension, basically a continuation of the FE3 suspension but a little softer. It has the 30mm (mid grade) front swaybar, and small rear bar. Some cars like the Cutlass Supreme in '95 got it standard. I know the Regal and I thought the Lumina had it as an option. Did your car come with the 15" steel wheels, or 16" alloys?
