Grand Prix's got only pass-thru, irrc. Cutlasses and Regals I think have fold down seats. Maybe someone can chime in here. Quote

I've observed for certain 91, 92, 94, 95, and 97 Cs's with fold down rear seats... both in cloth and leather. but not in a lumina. I did stick in the seats out of a 95 lumina into my 92... I suppose you could find a fold down lumina or monte carlo seat..... Quote
