A TGP is going to sound different from a non-turbocharged 3.1 or any other W-body engine with no mufflers. Even with keeping the cat on, going mufferless is going to make the car pretty loud...

I have run my TGP, NA 3.1, 3.4 dohc NA and my 9.7:1 compression 350 all without mufflers. The 3.1 and 3.1 NA sounds the same at idle, but the 3.1 NA is louder top end and a little less deep in tone.

350 FTW :)
