GOT2B GM Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 Why won't it pass etest? Whats difference between a glasspack and straight exhaust when it comes to emissions? Quote
Q-Ball Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 Keep the Cat on and you should be ok! Quote
mfewtrail Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 A TGP is going to sound different from a non-turbocharged 3.1 or any other W-body engine with no mufflers. Even with keeping the cat on, going mufferless is going to make the car pretty loud... Quote
gp90se Posted February 12, 2008 Report Posted February 12, 2008 I have run my TGP, NA 3.1, 3.4 dohc NA and my 9.7:1 compression 350 all without mufflers. The 3.1 and 3.1 NA sounds the same at idle, but the 3.1 NA is louder top end and a little less deep in tone. 350 FTW Quote
ihateallmustangs Posted February 13, 2008 Author Report Posted February 13, 2008 is the resinator pipe on my car factory? Quote
