mfewtrail
FIRST OF ALL....sorry for posting in this OLD topic.....but I just joined this message board a couple of days ago and didn't want to miss out on any past discussions...lol..I'm doing a lot of reading.....well anyways, I have the Bridgestone Potenza RE730 gen II's on my 93 GP and they hold the road GREAT and the "noise" that people say they create is not evident to me as they're actually pretty quiet although my exhaust is loouuudd!...they handle great in wet and dry weather...hope this helps although its been a couple months and you've probably got some tires by now.lol
Guest Anonymous
Hey, don't be sorry for bringing up an old topic. I'm sure someone else will join in the future and be in need of the same info, so it'll come up again.
brian89gp
the 730's are near perfect, and the clubgp crowd speaks very highly of them. The ecsta 712 i have heard are not as good, but then again they are a lot cheaper. no idea on the other.
SuperBuick
I had 730s, and they were perfect, for about 6 months, at which point they were worn down to the consistency of slicks, and I wasn't even driving hard. they are VERY soft tires. - Tom
