sonick
So I've been reading the instructions on how to replace a signal switch, but when I get to this part: loosen the 2 bolts that secure the airbag to the steering wheel, located on the back of the wheel. The bolts will stay inside of the wheel. You will have to turn the wheel to the left to get to the left hand bolt. I noticed that my wheel has no bolts whatsoever behind it; it is all leather. Any guidance on where these bolts are to get me started? Thanks
Crazy K
the center piece of your wheel will pop out. you can grip it by the edge and pull.
sonick
Perfect, just what I needed to know, thanks. Do I grab it by the SWRC buttons and yank? Should I be worried of pulling the actual buttons themselves off?
GP1138
Do I grab it by the SWRC buttons and yank? No. Use a knife or something to pry it out. Stick it between the wheel and the control box.
