It's just funny thinking of how under performing that car is today.

I'd buy another in a heartbeat! Love that car

I love how cheezy 80's it is, lol but was probly just about the coolest thing ever in its time.

I miss the older comercials how they advertised exciting things like this one did, now you'd never see a car light up the tires on a comercial or take a curve at high speed, all they talk about is that fuel efficiency crap.

Wow, cool find! I've never seen that commercial before either. I love watching all the old W-Body commercials.

I wonder how many takes that had to do for that commerical? I'm guessing at least one door handle snapped during the filming.

WTF @ DIC but no RSWC...

Also... notice they didn't use the "passive seatbelts" like you'd expect them to in a commercial. I guess the footage of the guy struggling to untangle his leg from the belt went over the :30 mark.

Yeah I've seen that spoof before. I think it's pretty hilarious and I basically own the car he's making fun of!

I had that vid of the white Grand Am on my MySpace for a long time.

Hey does anyone know where I can find a 1996 Pontiac Grand Prix Coupe commercial? I've looked and I can't find any.

Commercials for cars are few and far between, usually only when new models come out.
