What fuses are supposed to be missing in the fuse box by the coolant overflow tank? Check out your RPO sticker in the trunk on the spare tire cover and then compare those "rpo codes" to the ones on http://www.w-body.com and you should be able to discern which all options you have and see if all your fuses for each function are being used.
