Sounds like a line leaking...

I was once paid $250 to take a 1988 Regal that I wasn't told that smoked like a train...lol...Turned out the vacuum modulator had a hole in it and was sucking tranny fluid up into the intake...$5 later and it was a damned nice car to drive.

Dude, the lines are like $22 each at most any parts store...:D

Don't pay the reaper if you don't have to...A shop would charge at least $400...

all u need is a wrench set, make that 1 adjustable wrench and some patience, go get 2 new tranny lines, remember these are the lines that run to the bottom of the radiator into the tranny cooler in your radiator, look for 2 metal lines that come out of there and follow them back, they will end up at the tranny

check them for leaks, and if they are leaking u know whats up, if not and you still cant find the leak, then at that point take it to the experts, and be picky as to what shop you take it to, alot of times the o so special people are the ones to work on your car, and they dont have the slightest clue as to what to do properly to fix a car, let alone tranny issues

I've heard these lines are tough to do since the cradle is in the way.

I would make sure this is the problem though first.

You sure its not the axle seals, and that the CV joints are spraying trans fluid everywhere?

so i found the damn leak its comming from the hose going into the rad where the metal pipe meets the rubber one but i have 2 clamps on that damn hose but its pouring out of there like a river of red fluid.

I would bet if you went to your local autozone, ask to talk to a grey shirt (manager), explain to him that you have this big leak, could he take a look at it, and what he would recomend to fix it, and what tools would be involved. I bet you are looking at probly 20 bucks of high pressure hose, 10 dollars in tools (or none, if they let you use there "in house" box), and probly 5 bucks in clamps. Its pretty easy to fix, take those old clamps off, get the hose off, put new hose on, put new clamps on, tighten down, and your done.
