Slade901
I think that is the courtesy lights. On my 1990 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme, it controls my overhead lights and also my power door lock. Are you saying the ctsy and brake fuse both blows?

Robby1870
I have a fuse called "radio" and it controls the radio, or in my case head unit. Try putting the fuse in with the battery disconnected, thats why its sparking, the battery is still connected and the door locks are always hot Robby
