possible l67 z34

I am thinking about swapping an L67 into my 92 z34 but wanted a little more information before i get serious. yes, I have gone to L67swap.com. I read that I need the 4T65 tranny, and that mine is the 4T60, I take that as I need a new one along with the motor. I need an L67 PCM, can that be ordered or does it have to come out of a donor car? If anyone has more information I would be greatly intrested. my other option is rebuilding my 3.4, or buying a "new" one.

Find a car that has the l67 and has been rear ended or something then you will have almost everything you need. You will need a harness and axel.

that sounds like a great price on the car, however its still more than i have to spend right now.

Back on topic, the L67's are OBII correct? how difficult are these to tune yourself and have the car drivable, and does the PCM have to be from the same kind of car as the motor or can that be bought off a different car as well?

yes it is obd2. anything above 96 is obd2. you will need a pcm from any gen 2 W and have it sent out to dhp or zzp(revcommended) for some swap specific issues. you will need a motor and trans out of either a grand prix or regal or you will have mounts brackets and fittings to swap over to the new motor out the ass. I can try to put together a more complete parts list if you like.
