dohc v6 Posted July 7, 2008 Author Report Posted July 7, 2008 Here are some pics welded up. I am picking the rest up tomorrow. And once I get the calipers back I will put them on the car and test them. M Quote
dohc v6 Posted July 7, 2008 Author Report Posted July 7, 2008 mra32 - Stop posting on my thread. All you are doing is arguing with people. If you would like to challenge myh idea, start a new topic otherwise please stop posting. Knowbody cares that your car can lock up when you press the brakes down, probably cause the calipers are seized. This thread is not for arguing, its for the breaks themself. If you would like to argue why big brakes dont work, by all mean do so, but not on this thread. Thanks M Quote
kaptnjack Posted July 7, 2008 Report Posted July 7, 2008 nice welding....looks like good penetration. How were they cooled afterwards? Quote
dohc v6 Posted July 7, 2008 Author Report Posted July 7, 2008 I am not sure, my welder is rediculus, so I dont ask. M Quote

dohc v6 Posted July 9, 2008 Author Report Posted July 9, 2008 Thanks guys. I am just awaiting the calipers from the powdercoaters and once they come back they will be going on and getting tested. Quote
dohc v6 Posted July 10, 2008 Author Report Posted July 10, 2008 i think what i am going to start doing is offering a powder coating as an option. probably like $125 for the housings and $40 for the brackets. but once I get these on the car next week and test them out well see what happens. m Quote
