Im just gonna use some touch-up paint for it. So, I need to take this piece off. The Red circle is just showing the piece itself, and the Blue refers to the location of one bolt that holds this piece on. If you're talking about unbolting the bumper then there should be two bolts inside the trunk going down and one pointing towards the rear at the edge of taillight.
