If they're like mine--'92--'93--just remove the nut and washer holding the park brake lever, and squeeze the pistons in. Then put the park brake lever back on.

Bullshit!!! After ratcheting the damn thing for so long that my hand got sore I had to get out the impact. Even then it took about a full 2 or 3 minutes to get it back in.

Please tell me you aren't turning the PISTON to screw it back in.

ONE NUT, ONE WASHER. Pull the park brake lever OFF THE CALIPER.

Shove a C-clamp on the piston/caliper--I use a c-clamp style vice grip and the inboard pad to prevent marking the piston face--and SQUEEZE THE PISTON INTO THE CALIPER. The bolt that sticks through the back of the caliper--the one you took the nut and washer off of--will spin as the piston retracts.

If this takes one minute with the caliper off the vehicle, I'd be surprised.
