Smoke from dipstick

What would cause the dipstick to smoke. If i check it after I just got home I can see a light haze in the dipstick tube.

Cool outside air mixing with hot engine air.

 

Hell... I see it if I pull my oil fill cap off after my engine was warmed up. I've never thought anything about it.

:werd: I've always seen it out of the oilcap after the engine has been running and you take it off.. Never looked that closely at the dipstick though..

blowby is usually weak piston rings letting fuel into the oil. Mine is doing it from anti freeze cause my LIM is leaking

ahh, not true 100%. All cars have blow by, thats why all car or atleast most cars have PCV systmes.

alot less then the other day, but still a very little. I am not going to worrie about it
