dohc v6 Posted December 18, 2007 Report Posted December 18, 2007 Problem . When I get in my car in the morning or when ever it has been sitting more then 10 minutes ir more and I try to start it, the car takes 6seconds or more before it starts and when it starts it dumps fuel, I mean it really throws fuel out the exhasut and I can smell it. I talked to shane (redzmonte) he has the same problem. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to fix it? Quote
1990lumina Posted December 18, 2007 Report Posted December 18, 2007 So the warm up cycle is really rich is what youare saying?? Or is it just dumping fuel/flooding itself as it is cranking over for 6 seconds and you are smelling the raw fuel from that? Quote
dohc v6 Posted December 18, 2007 Author Report Posted December 18, 2007 No when it starts it dumps fuel, not when it is driving. Quote
