radiopat
What's a good way to clean the throttle body on a '88 Grand Prix 2.8L without taking the whole unit all apart. Also can anyone recommend a good tb cleaner. Thanks.

Baddflash
The best way is to take it right off and give it a good scrubbing, but you can just remove the intake hose between tb and airbox. Just about any will work as they're all pretty much the same, I use the ones from NAPA they seem to have a bit more pressure.
GnatGoSplat
Lacquer thinner works very well at removing the brown and black deposits that form in the throttle body.
