Euro Posted December 7, 2007 Report Posted December 7, 2007 That looks cool. I was going to suggest painting the edges of the lens white so it wouldn't do that....but I'm not sure how well that would work, and after looking at those pics I think it wouldn't look as good with no light around the edges and just that bright center in the middle. I wasn't sure how they would look at night, but I was hoping they would glow like this and they did, i am happy. I'll get better pics when it is nice out.....prolly a few months from now. Looks like the eye from a Cyclon from Battlestar Galactica Quote

Yes it's all in the details. It's better to burnout then to fade away! I was thinking about the movie Highlander. Quote
IRONDOG442 Posted December 10, 2007 Report Posted December 10, 2007 You would quote a Def leppard song wouldnt you, Fag ! Quote
timdjohn Posted December 21, 2007 Report Posted December 21, 2007 Still Playing With It In My Mind On How To Do It I think you would have to fabricate a totally new side light. the bulb be it STD or LED would need to be offset behind the fender. that way the brightness of the light would bleed thru the whole lens. Paint the back of the set up black. Use acrylic glue to set the type of lens you have made in your pics to the new base. Quote
