hoodilio Posted July 13, 2003 Report Posted July 13, 2003 I was stopped at a red light today and an old lady pulled up behind me, then all of a suden she took her foot off her brake and rolled into my rear end, i got out and looked for damage but didn;t see any, so we went our way. I was just wunderin if their is any possible damage that my eye may not see, seeing how i am not a skilled auto body mechanic. Quote
GnatGoSplat Posted July 14, 2003 Report Posted July 14, 2003 It's possible. Most body shops will give you a free estimate. When my truck got rear-ended, there was no visible damage. I looked underneath and didn't see any frame or inner structure damage. I got the guy's name, #, and insurance info anyway (actually he was nice enough to offer it). Just as a precaution, I scheduled an appointment to get it looked at by a dealer body shop. They didn't find any damage either so that was the end of the story. Quote
