Just picked up a 1992 Regal GS 2 door... some TLC needed

Part of the gauge cluster is out. How hard is it to get the dash around it off so I can put a new bulb in?

Is there a central place for part replacement writeups on this site?

Dash's are pretty simple to pull apart. See the screw, take it out. Pulling apart the clusters can be a bit tricky, and getting the needle's back in correctly can be a bit fun.

As for write-up's, the search function does work, to an extent. If you don't find a write-up, make one! We'll gladly add it to the FAQ section.

I pulled the upper part of the dash on my old Regal. IIRC look under the overhang for most of the bolts, then a couple under the speaker covers. I forget if there were any in the defroster vent. Anyway, after you get it unbolted, pull the panel up slightly and then outward. Once It's removed you may be able to get at the bulbs on the back of the cluster from there..

Here are some pictures I have of when I had the upper dash panel off.
