I'm getting a new/rebuild transmission pretty soon, can I have the shop install it for me? or would it mess with the warranty?? that's why the removal question, if something happens to my tranny and I take it back to the shop for the warranty, would it affect me?? ps I think this should be in Powertrain correct?? oopsy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

pwmin Posted November 17, 2007 Report Share Posted November 17, 2007 i'm assuming youre talking about the post before me. but, there is only one valve body shift kit for 60e's...transgo jr. (like you said, driveability only). you can, however, use an adjustable vacuum modulator for firmer shifts or a powrtuner (odb2 only) for higher shift rpm/mph's. the b&m gasket and electronic shift kits are pretty much worthless.
