Yeah...one of my friends got hired at an Autozone and she really doesn't know anything about cars. It's sad because it's an auto parts store.

Ive worked for both AutoZone and Advance, I can say most don't know anything... Me on the other hand... I do. Not only do I have a ASE Certification that says so, but I have experience and knowledge to back it up... At any parts store, especially the more 'retail' ones such as AZ, Advance, O'Reily's it's gonna be hit and miss with the employees knowing anything useful.

 

I quit AZ 2 months ago because nobody i worked with knew anything and they didn't give a shit about anything else... I got sick and tired of being the 'go-to' guy.
