C100/Wiring Help

Okay. So, I bought a 1995 Cutlass Supreme from a friend about four months ago. It has 170,000 on the clock, and the engine and transmission have both been replaced with junkyard units. The previous owner was pretty hard on it, I kinda figured one of the two would fail again sooner or later. Sure enough, the 3100 gave up the ghost a few weeks ago, spun a bearing while I was on the interstate driving home from school. Anyways, I got it home, garaged it, and I've been messing with it since. I was going to get another junkyard 3100, but I've got this freshly rebuilt 3.4DOHC sitting on a stand in my garage, so I figured I might as well use it. I went to my storage garage, got the wiring harness, and all the other pieces from the car that 3.4 came out of(a 1994 Grand Prix GTP) and brought them home. Pulled the 3100, and pulled the 3100s harness. I left the Park/Neutral switch in, and the wiring with it, but other than that, all the wiring came from the 3.4. Now, I'm trying to start the car. I turn the key to run, the fuel pump primes, it energizes the relays(I think...), and acts like it normally would during startup. However, when I turn the key to start, the radio turns off(like it should) the digital climate control turns off(like it should) and, that's it. The starter motor doesn't crank at all. Now, if I manually crank the starter motor with the key in "Run", I can get it to turn(turns good), but it won't fire at all, no spark, and as far as I can tell, the injectors don't pulse either. I'm at a loss here, I've tried changing starters, checked my starter power and solenoid wires, and all that's fine. Any idea where to go from here?

Security does not flash. Security light comes on when I turn the key to run, but shuts off after a few seconds, just like it did before/does on my brother's 95 Cutty. What makes you say CPS? Wouldn't it crank but not start if it was a CPS problem? I ask because I'm actually worried about the CPS, the one that mounts on the rear of the motor(High Resolution CPS, IIRC). I damaged the wiring to it, and I was hoping to be able to crank the engine without replacing the wiring harness.

Thanks for the help so far guys!

if the crank sensor were bad it would crank all day but not start, now it could still be bad but one problem at a time.

you are saying that the car will not crank, and you also mentioned having to change around something with the p/n switch, i would look to that before anything else.

If there's no spark and no injector pulse, the CPS is tied into both.

But you might have a bad ignition switch...

I'll deal with a bad CPS once I get it cranking. I'm primarily trying to crank it to see if the rewire I had to do to the CPS is working or needs to be redone! As far as the ignition switch, how do I test it? It was fine before the motor swap, though, so...

Correct. The P/N switch is not the problem, however. If I send power to the wire that needs power AT the C100 connector, the car cranks(still no spark/fuel, but that's probably because the C100 is in my hand, not connected!)
