GPdriver1986 Posted July 11, 2003 Report Posted July 11, 2003 I don't know why but I seat belt light does not turn on at all (I know the bulb is good). The chime module works when the lights are left on. It doesn't even turn on the bulb test. I also have the 6 passenger Grand Prix and I noticed that there are no wires going to the seat belt buckle even the Grand Prixs at the junkyard didn't have wires. Is there a wire? Quote
Robby1870 Posted July 12, 2003 Report Posted July 12, 2003 Not trying to be a smartass, but I know I dont need the car to tell me if I have my seatbelt on or not. I wouldnt even worry about it Robby Quote
GPdriver1986 Posted July 12, 2003 Author Report Posted July 12, 2003 I'm not that stupid I always use my seat belt, but I want my car to be perfect. Quote
JS91Z34 Posted July 12, 2003 Report Posted July 12, 2003 there is a wire on the floor board. there is a plug possibly hidden under the carpeting. check to see if the plug is broke. I had the same problem about a year ago. Quote
GPdriver1986 Posted July 12, 2003 Author Report Posted July 12, 2003 Yeah but I think your z34 is different because you have bucket seats in the front but on my Grand Prix I have a bench seat that fits 3 people. Quote
