I can help with some.

1991-1994 Lumina Z34 got the 3.4 DOHC

1992-1994 Lumina Euro 3.4 got the 3.4 DOHC

1990-1994 Lumina Euro got the 3.1

1995-2000 Lumina got the 3100

1995-1996 Lumina LS got the 3.4 DOHC

No w-body got the 3400 motor.

I'm not 100% sure on the other cars, I'm sure others will help!

2.8 with MAF (87-88 without speed density software), 2.8 without MAF (89),

To add, halfway through the 1989 model year, the W started getting the 3.1.

2.3 Low output, 2.3 high output and 3.1 MPFI for 1990

2.3 Low output, 3.1 MPFI and 3.4 DOHC for 1991

3.1 MPFI and 3.4 DOHC for 1992-1993

3100 SFI and 3.4 DOHC for Jan. 1993-96 3.1 was still available through the end of the model year for 1993

3100 SFI for 1997

In the CS.
